Time: 8:00 AM You NEVER know what to expect in this 1-hour class! Battling ropes, HIIT (high intensity interval training), circuits, and weight training are just a few examples of what may be introduced on any given Saturday. What can you expect? A different class format each week, equipment and routine variety, huge calorie burn, and strength training hitting all major muscle groups. This class is for all fitness levels. |

Time: 9:30 AM Building faster, stronger, more confident athletes. A workout made to promote healthy fitness habits in all of our kids! 8 week course / 2 days per week (16 classes total) Instructor: Chad Smith (NASM Certified Trainer) Class starts Thursday September 27th at 5:30pm.
Cost: $85.00 Every Thursday (5:30pm) and Saturday (9:30am) - 1 hour classes
