Building faster, stronger, more confident athletes. A workout made to promote healthy fitness habits in all of our kids!

8 week course / 2 days per  week (16 classes total)

Instructor: Chad Smith (NASM Certified Trainer)

Class starts Thursday September 27th at 5:30pm.

Cost: $85.00
Kids 8-15 years old

Every Thursday (5:30pm) and Saturday (9:30am) - 1 hour classes

Includes: Cardio work, Strength training, Core Work
All in a group setting feared to the young athlete!
