Golf Fit with Adam ::

GOLF FIT: The best way to get ready for the first tee. This class starts with a basic golf warm-up then takes you through golf specific drills and stretching with goals of improving your swing from head to toe. This class is an excellent way for you to get more flexible, become more efficient and powerful with your swing, and most importantly develop  an overall fitness program for yourself.

Hydro-Fitness with Lori ::

An athletic approach to aqua aerobics and an intense workout for any level of fitness with little stress to your joints. This class will change your body and mind combining choreography, interval training, and conditioning that focuses on the upper body enhanced by the use of dumbbells, noodles, and webbed gloves. Hydro-fitness has many benefits, including increasing your range of motion. Exercising in water can also strengthen your muscles without putting excess stress on the joints. It even improves circulation, endurance, and flexibility!

Normal group fitness rates apply!
