Hydro-Fitness with Lori ::

An athletic approach to aqua aerobics and an intense workout for any level of fitness with little stress to your joints. This class will change your body and mind combining choreography, interval training, and conditioning that focuses on the upper body enhanced by the use of dumbbells, noodles, and webbed gloves. Hydro-fitness has many benefits, including increasing your range of motion. Exercising in water can also strengthen your muscles without putting excess stress on the joints. It even improves circulation, endurance, and flexibility!

Normal group fitness rates apply!

There are many musculoskeletal injuries that can occur doing many different things - from playing a competitive sport to everyday home activities. We would like to help you understand a little more about what you can do to make these ailments better.

During this workshop, you will learn many common musculoskeletal injuries, who you should see for treatment, and what things you can do on your own to help heal and strengthen these injuries.

Our speakers will be 2 of our very own members!
Dr. Ryan Zullo, DC, and Jamie Beadle, PT, OCS, will be speaking at the event and will answer the many questions that you might have.
