Hydro-Fitness with Lori ::

An athletic approach to aqua aerobics and an intense workout for any level of fitness with little stress to your joints. This class will change your body and mind combining choreography, interval training, and conditioning that focuses on the upper body enhanced by the use of dumbbells, noodles, and webbed gloves. Hydro-fitness has many benefits, including increasing your range of motion. Exercising in water can also strengthen your muscles without putting excess stress on the joints. It even improves circulation, endurance, and flexibility!

Normal group fitness rates apply!

Golf Fit with Adam ::

GOLF FIT: Medallion’s overall fitness class for golfers, beginners to experienced. The class is a blend of resistance training, HIT, golf specific drills, stretching and endurance with a goal of providing a person with a challenge in all aspects of fitness, while tying in the basic elements of the golf swing.
