Pilates Fusion with Lori ::

Physical conditioning improving posture, alignment, breathing, and muscle control. Targeting your body core strength, using Pilates rings and flex balls. Be ready to feel energized and powerful.

Hydro-Fitness with Lori ::

An athletic approach to aqua aerobics and an intense workout for any level of fitness with little stress to your joints. This class will change your body and mind combining choreography, interval training, and conditioning that focuses on the upper body enhanced by the use of dumbbells, noodles, and webbed gloves. Hydro-fitness has many benefits, including increasing your range of motion. Exercising in water can also strengthen your muscles without putting excess stress on the joints. It even improves circulation, endurance, and flexibility!

Normal group fitness rates apply!

The low impact cardio is designed for everyone and will create an effective workout to elevate the heart rate, burn calories and bring on a major sweat! All fitness levels welcome.
