This low impact cardio and toning class is a great way to burn calories, strengthen and firm the muscles in an energetic fun environment. The variety is unique and refreshing, challenging the muscles and encouraging a heart healthy lifestyle. The low impact cardio is designed for everyone and will create an effective workout to elevate the heart rate, burn calories and bring on a major sweat! All fitness levels welcome.

Golf Performance Enhancement Workshop with Adam ::

Workshop #1 in the Medallion Fitness Workshop Series

Presented by: The Medallion Fitness Committee

Are you looking to improve your golf game and gain a physical edge on the course? The Medallion Fitness Committee presents Golf Performance Enhancement. This complimentary workshop will feature the experience and expertise of Medallion's own Adam Tobias.

During this workshop, you will learn about the biomechanics of the golf swing and the most common physical limitations that impair your performance. Adam will instruct you on the importance of gold specific stretching, strength training, and conditioning techniques that will imrpove your physical performance on the course.

Adam will also be giving information about his new Speed Clinics golf training that will be starting soon!
