Spinning with Karma ::

SPINNING: This 45 minute high intensity high interval spinning class will not only help you to burn tons of  calories but reach your fitness goals as well. You will be taken through an intense ride of sprints, hills, jumps and intervals. This exercise combined  with great up beat music will definitely give you a great workout

Body Works/Core Pilates with Lori ::

Resistance training with weights to super sculpt your body head to toe. Adding the challenge of Pilates, engaging your core muscles. Great way to mix up your workout!

Medallion Kid Fit ::

Building faster, stronger, more confident athletes.
A workout made to promote healthy fitness habits in all of our kids!

8 week course / 2 days per week
Instructor: Chad Smith (NASM Certified Trainer)
Starting Wednedsay January 10th
Cost: $85.00
Kids: 10-16 years old
Every Wednesday (5:30pm) and Saturday (9:30am) - 1 hour class

Includes:
Cardio work, Strength training, Core work

All in a group setting geared to the young athlete!
