Kids Camp: Splish Splash Bash ::

Kids Camp is a wonderful opportunity for kids ages 5-12 to make friends, have fun, and learn through sports, crafts activities, and so much more! For 5 hours on Fridays (8:30am-1:30pm), drop off the kids so you can have the day to yourself knowing that your child is having a blast with his/her new friends and counselors. Lunch is included!

Cost: $45 per camp (minimum of 5 kids for camp to run)

HIIT Yoga with Teresa ::

HIIT ultimately fulfills the adrenaline or cardio-junkies' need for fast-paced, heart pumping, and butt-kicking activity. However, most people focus on pushing harder and becoming more fit, but they often forget one vital element: flexibility and recovery. They forget to stretch and lengthen all the muscles they just worked, which can hinder performance over time. And how about the yogis? Yoga can be intense, especially those deep lunges and static stretches, but when it comes down to it, Yoga doesn't get your heart pumping like jump squats. Incorporating a balance of high intensity intervals and yoga poses in a group exercise class is clearly a "win-win" approach for successful cardiovascular exercise improvement and overall performance thus, we have 'HIIT it with Yoga'.

Golf Fit with Adam ::

GOLF FIT: The best way to get ready for the first tee. This class starts with a basic golf warm-up then takes you through golf specific drills and stretching with goals of improving your swing from head to toe. This class is an excellent way for you to get more flexible, become more efficient and powerful with your swing, and most importantly develop  an overall fitness program for yourself.

Hydro Fitness with Lori ::

An athletic approach to aqua aerobics and an intense workout for any level of fitness with little stress to your joints. This class will change your body and mind combining choreography, interval training, and conditioning that focuses on the upper body enhanced by the use of dumbbells, noodles, and webbed gloves. It will increase your range of motion. Exercising in water can also strengthen your muscles without putting excess stress on your joints. Improves circulation, endurance, and flexibility.  All levels welcome!
